I keep them in the car, I travel a lot on business and find they not only give me energy but when I'm tired they pep me up and keep me awake. At home I keep them to snack on while watching TV or just on the computer. They are not as messy as chips and because there are so many different nuts available your not limited to same old, same old

It depends cause i like peanut butter sandwiches alot so I guess three peatnutbutter sandwitches a week! Yum
