When I was at school and there was a fight it was often the girls who were the first on the scene to watch and to shout and scream. And at wrestling matches it is often the women who are ringside and who get the most involved. Is it something to do with evolution and genes or what?

Personally I think watching men fight is just an egotistical way for a man to perform, he might as well grow feathers and preen his crown.

i thought it was the other way round - don't men love to watch women mud wrestle. I can't imagine women wanting to watch men mud wrestle or box for that matter.

I think it's because we're taught to be the opposite of tough... trained to be so tender that we'd just LOVE to be rough & tough at times... so we're feeling more drawn to watch a fight (toughness) than men are.

OMG!!!!! I hate watching anyone fight,hate boxing, i think its awlful that people like hurting others. I do know that there are people who, seem to get a real thrill out of others getting beaten up and hurt, its sick................

Because we usually can't beat them up ourselvesl, so we settle for just watching them beat the crap out if each other.

they usually watch and hope that are clothes get ripped off us and then they want to join in the fight after that happens..I say bring it on ladies...woohoo...:)
