Yep. So is heaven. It is a choice of where you wish to spend eternity. Because eternity is just that...eternity. Forever.

No. What Grandma Susie IS MISQUOTING in Revelation 20:14 is where "death and hell" are taken and thrown into the Lake of Fire, the 2nd death, the Lake of Fire, to be ETERNALLY DESTROYED. An eternally burning hell is of pagan origin and not taught in the bible except in parable (once, the Rich Man and Lazarus).

Look at Acts Chp. 5, the story of Annanias & Sapphira where they are eternally destroyed by the Holy Ghost for lying to it and being cast into the 2nd death, the lake of fire, to be destroyed forever, so just as before they were before they were born, they are now, knowing nothing.

It seems to say that in the bible, but later it says in revelations that some people in heaven will be sad that there friends and family members are in hell. So god will uncreate them. To comfort the people in heaven.( it will be like they never existed)
I'm not sure about the exact quote but I know something like that is in there.

yes, it is. In Revelation the word says Jesus takes hell and death and throws them into the lake of fire along with the false prophet, the anti-christ, and eventually satan, where they will burn forever..

depends on the sin..remember that every sin has a degree of punishment. also GOD is the judge and judgment day is just like going to court..everything will be accountable and justified with a specific judgment. GOD has a lot of mercy so remember that too

Yes...purgatory is the one you can get out of, but Heaven and Hell are permanent assignments.
