Is it because they are more spiritually aware or because they are more gullible than men I wonder?

They certainly are more spiritually aware. After all, they are all trying to make it right because of the women Eve making that mistake in the garden. They feel guilty of Eve drawing Adam into sin with her.
It was Eve that was deceived. Now it's time for all women to wake up and make it right. That's why so many woman are more religious than men today. They are making things right. Yeah !!!!!

I'm not aware that there are more women than men in ministry. Not saying they aren't either. Either way, I don't know. BUT assuming what you say is true, I would say because most men seem to be more prideful and want to do things on their own (hence asking for directions) which leads to not "needing" God. On the other hand, women are wired to be led and to be super relational. So, they would be more apt to follow a God who leads and is relational.

I think its coz the fact that soo many women get used and hurt by men that they turn to faith to help them and guide. I mean would you buy candy out of the machine if it didnt give you your change? or would you buy it from the clerk who's got rolles of quarters?.
Oh and PS. Religion is not a practice of being gullible...Children all around the world belive in Santa..Yet no one has seen him. If you belive hard enough in somthing...that who says it isnt real?

Because the traditional "tough guy" immage doesn't leave room for giving up control to a sovereign authority.
Also, religion is emotional as well as spiritual, and its harder for men to let go of inhibitions in a public setting like church.

If that is true, it could be that women are more willing to trust their instincts (which I believe come from God), and men deal more in facts. That has nothing to do with being gullible. My instincts have always been more reliable than logic.

I've never heard or noticed anything like that. I've had quite a few men try to chase me around with a Bible! Which would be fine because I like to discuss religion. It's just their interpretations of the Bible that bothered me. And the fact that they were always 'right' and I was 'deluded'!

Maybe it is because men are taught that to be self-dependent. We think that it is a sign of weakness to depend on anyone or anything outside of ourselves for help (that is why we never stop and ask for directions). Women seem to have no hang-ups about admitting their dependence on a higher power.

I think that women are more intuituve and more aware spiritually. Women base their perceptions on what they "feel." Men base their perceptions on what they see or touch. It's true in relationships, in decision-making, and in spiritual matters.

I'm not, but my guess would be because of the men they have to put up with, they HAVE to pray or they'll go crazy.
