in the bible it says not to defile your body. if you care what the bible says then yeah, technically i guess it is. you weren't born with a navel piercing.

I don't think it is a sin, but I don't understand why someone would want to do it. I think people just start doing stuff like that because everybody else does it.

i'm not religious, but i heard your body is a temple and that you should treat it as such. me on the other hand....i like to paint and modify my temple lol

I don't think so...it leaves a nasty scar though when you take it out.
