What you have to do is figure out the "code" for the serial numbers used to register a particular programs, such as Windows XP.

Go out and buy about 200 copies of XP
Write down the serial number from all of them
Look for things in common - like the 5th, 9th and 11th numbers in the serial number always add up to 9. And the 3th letter is always a Z. etc. For most serial numbers there will be at least 5 or 10 such "codes" that the program checks for.

Once you think you have it cracked, invent a fake serial number that has all the "codes" in it. Try the number and see if you can get into the program. If not, start all over.

If you finally do crack the code, then write a program that will invent fake serial numbers with all the "codes" hidden in them.

Post that program on the Internet so that other people can download it for free to use to steal that software package. (What you expected to make money? That's funny) Be sure to put your name, address and phone number on the web site were you post the program so that the police can find you without having to put to much effort into it. (They will be friendly when they are handcuffing and beating you that way).

Prepare to spend the next 15 years of your life behind bars, and have a criminal record that will reduce you to working McDonalds (or worst) for the rest of your life.
