You can use any paint you like inside your house..
What you will have to remember though, when you come to redecorate in a few years time, is whether it is an oil-based or a water-based paint. You cannot use a water-based paint over an oil-based one.

Why in the world would you wish to use stinky enamel indoors? It is of course possible. Ventilate well so you do not get so many of the toxic fumes from the paint as it is mostly oil based.
It also takes longer to dry but does have a nice finish for the outside.

I would not extirior paints have chemicals to inhibit mold/mildew, also pesticides to keep insects away. Use interior paints only

I wouldn't use it. Wouldn't you rather a paint that could be washed easily?
