This is what I recently dealt with up until about two months ago. I totally understand what you're going through. You feel like you can't deal with the smallest of situations or you bottle things up and you explode. You plan on something going a certain way and then if even the slightest thing goes wrong, you end up in a puddle on the floor? Well, this is how I fealt and I was so tired and emotional and just thought I was being a brat. Well, I started taking Paxil. I was EXTREMELY reluctant to take pills and my husband really didn't want me too, but, after even one week we both noticed a HUGE change in my overall moods. It's worth a try and good luck. If you have any questions you can email me, Superrix83@yahoo.com... go figure. :-)

Yes, thats why i drink!!!
No not really, but I have anger issues, and need some major relaxation time, so i get away from people, take my dog for a run, get a massage, things like that.
Only once in a while will I hit a wall, break the window.............
No just kiddin, i've only thought about it, i'd be nice at times though!
Just to pick up the mouse and lob it at the nearest head~
It happens to everyone, they'd be lying if they said no, or just totally perfect right?
Hey sex is great for it too~

Life is not fair. You can try your hardest and still not win. The key for me to not stress over the little things comes to a philosophy. Don't sweat the little stuff, and it is all little stuff. If you can keep a little smile or a good attitude i think you will find it a lot more relaxing. Just knowing your going to encounter things a lot more meaningful that require you to be stressed might help keep the little things in perspective. relax you WILL be fine...
Had to come back and ad this 3 hours after I left my answer to you I spilled my Coke all over my desk I thought of your question immediately and i giggled like a school girl for like 5 minutes. thought you might find that funny.
