should i go to sleep ( and how much hours of sleep should i get?) ?

how ever much you think you need... i would say 9 hours

At this age, you are utilizing a lot of nutrients for growth, and therefore need more sleep than you did when you were younger, or than you will need when you are older.

I KNOW going to bed at 8:00 or 8:30 sounds outrageously early, but try it for a few days, and see how you feel. It will get easier to go to bed earlier as the days get shorter. You should be aiming for about ten hours a night. If you find yourself waking before the alarm goes off, adjust accordingly.

try to get at least 8 at the least. so if you wake up at 6:20...try sleeping at 10 or 9.
