A lot of people are anti-immigrants in this country. I mean, yes, some of us are here causing trouble, and demanding things that this country shouldn't have to give us. But most of us are trying to make an honest living in this country, to have a better life, and to help out our family on other countries. We're hard workers, and honest people. Well, most of us are. They think that we're all the same, when we're really not. Like all caucasians being "white trash" or african-americans all being rappers, or gangsters. Not all of us are the stereotypes people make us out to be. Personally, I have a nice, big house, never inhabited before, nice custom made cars (mostly beemers) We have good honest jobs, I go to school.......... and we're still illegals. (well, I have a passport or visa. does that count?)
Our family doesn't riot, or demans certain rights. We're just honest, hard working people. In fact, a lot of us are. You just can't see past the other ones who give us a bad name.

I realize that we should try to make our own countries better rather than tring to move to another one, but we’re working on that. We’re not just here on vacation. We’re here to make something out of ouselves, to help out our people. We don’t stay here because we want to, but because we need to. And it’s not like we’re taking your jobs, I mean, just how many americans do you see in plantations? or mexicans being lawers or something?
I don’t see the problem.

so what are your thoughts on this?
I need to know where everyone stands on this.

to clear some things out, i thought a criminal was someone who commited a crime.
I don't think I did. Let's see, I got a passport, got on a plane, got off the plane, got into a taxi, got off the taxi, then went to my new home. hmm......... was that wrong?

Well, you can call me what you want when I answer. I will start by saying I have friends of all races and do not downgrade anyone as there is trash in all races but the thing is, while you are here so called taking care of your family and driving around in your "beemers" there are people in this country struggling because if they have no education and try to get a farm job then they cannot because others are given the jobs because they will work cheaper. How are you helping anyone but yourself while driving a "beemer". People are struggling to take care of themselves. You should be ashamed to strut the fact that you are so well off while others struggle. We are born here and can't take care of our families because you need a "beemer". The state of this world is sad all over. truly sad. And by the way, yes you are commiting a crime that is why it is called illegal. You know it and do it still. "illegal"

How can you say most of you are trying to make an honest living and you're honest people when you broke the law by coming here the wrong way? If you are that honest, do the right thing. Go through all the things you must go through to become a legal citizen of this country. Then you would be able to say that you earned your right to be here. I don't have a problem with people wanting to come to America. What kills me is when they start to talk about how "honest" they are but they are blatantly breaking the law. If you truely love this country, you will honor and obey the laws and become a citizen the legal way.

Unfortunately, just exceeding your stay is breaking the law and makes you a 'criminal' in the eyes of the law. I don't think it's fair to use this term at all. The problem is that, although you may not be causing trouble yourself, by being illegal, it encourages other illegals to settle without applying for residency. I wish there was a way for you to get round this. Do you have children that were born in the US that have now settled into school? You may be able to obtain a Visa through special circumstances such as the example above.

Please don't get me wrong, I am not prejudiced, after all my husband came to the UK illegally, but he is now legal here, after we married and he applied for residency. Obviously, it is no where near as simple in your case and I wish you the best of luck. Take care : )

What you really need to do is go through the proper channels and become LEGAL. Even if it means renewing your visa and coming back then going through immigration to become a citizen. Otherwise you are illegal in the eyes of the law. Sorry no way around it.

You said it, loud and clear! Shoot I was born here and still get thrown into the 'immigrant" group. Why....because I'm brown, so that automatically makes me an immigrant. You have no idea, how many times I'm asked which state in Mexico I was born in. I don't even speak Spanish!! Get a load of this...."ironically" in the spot for "race"...on my birth certificate.....it says..."Caucasian!" LOL! My grandfather, my mother's father, is half Irish!!! People still ask if I came from Mexico. So no...we're not all the same. Only Ignorance says we are!

Oh and “fat***” don’t disagree with miss “sealRborders” she thinks she knows everything! No one is supposed to have an opinion except for her! LOL!!

funny how pro-illegal people never mention the term "illegal alien," and just clump the legal immigrants in with the illegal immigrants while they are to completely different situations. You don't want to be here but you need too. Do you need to have 7 children? What would you do if America didn't exist? Would you shrivel up and die? Admit it..you are being disrespectful and taking advantage of this country..a country which you should really worship at this point!!

Honest people obey the laws of the land. You say you are here illegally; therefore, you are not honest. If that much of your statement is misleading, why should I believe any of the rest? Go home and make your “homeland” changes on your own soil.

*stares at wide number of manga* Noo.... certain, i love manga. i'm continuously blowing money on it. I favor to purchase the books in the journey that they are approved because studying them on line isn't very comfortable. even even with the undeniable fact that it expenses money, i'm continuously so satisfied when I get a sparkling e book. I examine manga so a lot more effective than I watch anime. i ask your self if this makes me un-qualified to be an 'anime' fan?

You gave yourself a bad name the minute you admitted being illegal! What do you people not understand about obeying our laws?I don't care what else you've done it will always be tainted by the fact that you are breaking our countries laws on a daily basis. I have no prob with those here legally but that may have something to do with the fact that they aren't criminals.
