Well...they are not at my own wish i buy them from the school cafeeria in the morning lol, they have bacon..eggs, three chesse blind...i think and for the pizza sacue its grav..i think its the tombstone or red baron type yall should try it lol.

Look at the sodium and fat levels, and where sugar is in the list of ingredients. I bet they are not.
Apply this logic to any other food where you are questioning the healthiness. That's why the food labels are there!

Not if it's the type I'm thinking of. I guess they could be made healthier but most people won't bother because they are more concerned with the taste.

Not really, in the morning u should start off with healthy stuff, and I don't mean veggies but stuff like Orange Juice, Cerel, or toast.

sorry. i think thats not good. because if you eat much for brakfast, you might feel a lil full at lunch. and a few people dont eat breakfast, which is better than not eating lunch. but i think you have to eat breakfast. so you have energy for the day.
