Wilms can present first as a mass in the abdomin. It can also present as chronic constipation or blood in the urine. Wilms usually affects children between the ages of 3 and 4, but can hit at any time. Sometimes symptoms start very early on but in some cases you have no symptoms until the tumor is very large. Everyone is different.

What are you trying to ask? If you are asking about brain tumors the symptoms can be anything from vomiting to fainting and many other things including a headache. I have a relative who had a brain tumor and she did not know about it until she was rushed into the hospital with a headache and vomiting. They caught the tumor in time and were able to remove it. If you think you have a tumor go to the doctor imediatly.

The really difficult part about cancer and tumors in particular is that people often present differently. It can be anything from headache and vomiting, loss of faculties to a complete change in personality. It depends where the tumor is located in the brain and how it affects the patient.
