Missionary position,rear entry,doggy style--or any other position?

Whatever position she can orgasm best. Orgasming will cause the sperm to be sucked into the uterus and will make it so it is much more likely that you will conceive. The key is to come just before she does, so that you can get as many viable sperm to fertilize the egg. Then as soon as she comes, lay down for at least 20 minutes so that gravity can prevent sperm from leaking out. Pillows under the butt are great, but most females can't orgasm that way.

We were told by the doctor that should have sex in any position and afterwards she should lie on her back with her feet and buttocks raised. She also said we would have a better chance if she had her mid section raised during sex and her chest lower. When asked how she said "doggy style."

On your back with a pillow resting under your bum. This allows the sperm to rest on your cervix longer. Don't be on top because sperm can leak out. GOOD LUCK!!!!!
