Go to a professional! You are going to destroy your hair by messing with it. You already have lost control of the chemistry of your hair. Just cause someone else can do a lot of crap to their hair doesn't mean you can with yours.

A professional will know how to keep your hair in better shape and can do what you want done or will tell you not to do it or you'll lose all your hair. They are the expert not you. Just be careful when you choose your hairstylist. Make sure you both are on the same page and have the eye contact and they listen to you when you are discussing your hair. You both should be able to discuss your issues on a level of understanding.

Your technically not supposed to ever re-dye the same hair. But thats because over processing it can damage it. At least try to give it 2 weeks to a month if you feel you must do it soon. However your a lot more likely to have the color fade very very fast for quite a while.

You are pretty likely to have glow on the roots, if you apply red to blonde it will go pink. I'd honestly recommend going to a hairsalon and let them doing it proffesiionally. The results will be even and they may need to put pigment back into your hair as a result of the colour change you want.

You should be able to use it right away. The purpose of a "de-coloration" is to prepare the hair for new color, not bring it back to is natural state (that is soooo impossible). Now if it did for you , congratulations! But for the rest of the world, it is highly unlikely. Go ahead and color your hair.
