Peas are high. Look at bread. Some of the whole grain is very low in spite of what you might think. Look for the low carb bread. One of the fillers they use is fiber and so these tend to be high fiber. You can get very high fiber white bread these days. I've even seen high fiber tortillas. Also, there is a high fiber yogurt out there that comes in small 6 packs but I cannot remember the name of it. There are some high fiber cereals. Some simple ideas for you, hope they help..
