me, im 14 and about 5'5" or5'6"?

Here is what I was told in health class:
I woman (or girl) who is 5'0 feet tall should weigh between 100-110. Then for every inch add 5 pounds, for example: a person who is 5'1 should be between 105-115 pounds. So for you, at 5'5 you should weight between 125-135 or at 5'6 you should weigh 130-140.

You should have 60 to 65 kgs or 130 to 145 lbs weight. The ideal formula is -" Height in inches = weight in kgs." But it is for adults. For childrenit should be at least 10% less.

Go To: www.google.com and search Bmi chart and measure it there it has a graph thing it shud tell ya if your overweight, underweight or normal weight .

around 110. but don't kill youself okay? sometimes weight is just a number. what matters really is your BMI.

120 - 150lbs depending on your frame and physique.
