How can you incorporate all 3 conditions into one diagnosis?

I know of no "syndrome" that incorporates the entities that you mentioned. Perhaps the best answer is "immunodeficiency" caused by the SLE (or the treatment of it) that ultimately led to the other diseases?

First let me say I hope your doing well. I'm not a physician, I'm an engineer but, my wife is a pediatric oncologist and I have heard enough over the years.

The underlying condition is the lymphoma which makes you more susceptible for the pneumonia and other infections. I'm sorry I don't know what SLE is.

maybe I am wrong, but I think that those are all three seperate problems, and cannot be combined as one illness type. Lymphoma is a type of cancer, pneumonia is an infection in the lungs, and SLE is Lupus.
