Crazy question! Why reduce? BIG GUNS!!!
but if you must.. increase cardio, lower protein intake, focus on excersizes like yoga or pilates, that help balance your body out.

Also, when you do work those areas go super high reps, low weight.

nothin can beat cardio for that..also go supersets and also low weights and high reps..
