a 30 years male with hypoplasia of left first rib with synostosis of first and second rib left side,tell prognosis. what are its implication & its clinical sign & symptoms and treatment & physical capacity

This is a pathol.abnormal deficiency of cells or structural elements. You never mentioned the possible cause. There have been cases that were passed from parent to child and the parent never showing symptoms. With this condition, you could get a ruptured of broken bone quite eaisly. I hope yopu aren't using some hick town doctor, you really need to have a CT and tests. There is more hope with your young age. Treatment is the only answer. Without more information, that is as much as I dare say.

see a physician or orthopaedic surgeon...they can give you a better explanation, but i don't think there's any problem
