I do not need to lose any, I actually need to gain 30 pounds and having difficulty doing it, so lets trade.

I have been on a low fat diet and so far I have lost about 22 pounds within the last 3 months. I have 40 more to go.

I don't need to lose any pounds, but I do need to lose inches. I'm trying to reduce my body fat and add muscle, so my weight will stay at 120lb, but hopefully I will drop a dress size in the process. Wish me luck!

Everyone is different and loses and gains weight at different times, plus our metabolisms run at different rates, I have a fast metabolism which means I usually burn off the calories whilst eating them but that can have its down side too.
The best best is for a healthy balanced diet ,everything in moderation thats the key cx
