You should never allow anyone to get you so stressed out. That's why people will treat you a certian way. Because they know they can get the best of you. You can't let Satan when power over you like that. When someone is trying to mistreat you, just smile at them and treat it back with kindness. That the best thing you can do for those kind of situations. That upset them more than anything. That person won't be able to sleep at night wondering why they could not upset you and trying to find other ways to get you tomorrow. The way you get out on disability, is going to the doctor and complaining about different symptoms. But you have to be consistent with it. Because the company will do the homework necessary to keep you from getting disability. Be persistant. Very persistant. See your own doctor. As well as the company doctor. Keep your story the same with each doctor. Don't switch up on your information. Not letting the situation get the best of you will keep your hair from falling out.

I had the same problem exactly. At a job where I was micromanaged to an extreme and had an abusive manager. I was so stressed out. Lost my appetite, hair was falling out, I was having panic attacks in the mornings before work. This is no way to live and trust me when you get out of there you will feel like a different person. Trust me. Do yourself a huge favor and find a new job. Use the vacation time to go on interviews. Trust me on this. I wasted two years in the same position and it got me no where. Eventually you have to know when to just let it go and move on. Its like an abusive relationship. Get out now. Work should not affect your life in such a negative manner and you must be happy where you are. Especially since in america we spend a large percentage of our lives at work.

Been there with stress related tensoin headaches. I took a mild nerve relaxer called klonopin. This really helped. I was also grinding my teeth while I slept. Took them for about a month and then stopped. Everything is ok now. I don't know if I just needed time to adjust to the stress or what, but after that month I was fine.

good grief no wonder they are on your case. Do your job and stop whining. If you don't like your job then start looking for another one. You are just as much stress to your boss as they are to you. Go on vacation and get some career counseling.

See your Dr. It is super hard to get out on disability due to stress, because that is so hard to prove. Now, you might get out due to your backaches or something...:)!
