It depends on what you like. With seafood, some like white wine, some like beer, some like soda, some like water (with or without lemon or lime). YMMV

White wine goes best with seafood. Since it's summer I would recommend a mid priced pino gresio (sorry probably not spelled correctly).

Sauvignon Blanc and Pino Grigio go well with most seafood.
If you're having salmon, Pinot Noir might be nice.
