You are fat cos you have eaten too much food in the past and have not exercised enough to burn it off. It will take time to lose it but it will be worth it in the end. Do you know there are now more overweight people on the planet than there are starving people. Isn't that disgusting. So for all you fat people out there who don't care what they look like, think on, while you are quaffing enormous amounts of food and endangering your own health there are still people who are dying through lack of food.

Sadly, overweight people seem unable to grasp that their unwanted weight was put on over a long period of time and the only way to reduce this is by eating less, but again over a long period of time. Save your money dear 24-year-old and buy new crockery with smaller plates.

Always have vegetables on hand. Saute a big bag connected with frozen mixed vegetables in organic olive oil and garlic. Add some red pepper as well as turmeric for additional flavor and also separate into portion-sized containers with the fridge.

is it like a gym or something .. then it wouldnt hurt. just as long as u continue doing so.
but then if its other slimming programmes( eg: tablets, surgery etc etc) .. u better ask ur doctor about it.. coz they have lot of side affects..
