Elements 4 is under $100 to buy and well worth the money.
If you really want Photoshop v4, then try ebay, you could prolly get it for $5 or less.

Good luck. You could try limewire, but that is illegal to download pirated software, not to mention that fact that windows updates could detect that it illegal software.
Also downloading such programs off the free sites, adds the high risk of infecting your computer with a virus, which in the long run you would be better off the pay the 79 dollars to buy a legal copy.
But here's something you may not know, anyone from K-to college, gets a discount at certain sites. So if you are a student, or have a child or even a sibling that's a student you get a discount.
