No, because It may make him feel uncomfortable being her superior. If she really likes him he should already be able to tell and as a lady I always use this rule "we don't approach them, they come and approach us." That means, in a very LADY like way let him know you are interested so that he'll approach you. Its the little things in life that get you the cool points. As women usually when we go looking we always pick the wrong one!! Sometimes its best to let them pick you. If he doesn't catch on either he's not interested are its not worth him being interested.

No, never mix business with pleasure. If the boss finds this offensive, your friend could run the risk of getting fired. But if your friend feels it's important enough for her to speak her mind, tell her to go for it and good luck at the unemployment line. Can't your friend find someone else to date other than her boss? Come on.

No, no, definitely not!! A romance at work is not good. Keeping the relationship professional is the only way. If she tells him and he doesn't feel the same, they both will feel awkward afterwards. If he does feel the same and something happens but doesn't work out, other workers will be able to tell. Not only will they lose respect for her, but for the boss as well.

If she feels the boss might feel the same way... why not?

I think it's really sexy if you were to go in a "meeting" with your boss, and come out light as a feather....mmm... too bad my boss is a woman! Damn!

NO! Never mix business with pleasure. If she wants to get another job so he's not her boss and THEN tell him she likes her, that's okay. But otherwise, nothing good will come of it.

Hellz no! She must keep things strictly business cause if they were to get in a relationship it would be trouble. For one other people will feel that she is getting special treatment cause she's his girl. Secondly everybody is going to be in the business and try and start trouble. Thirdly if it doesn't work out between the two of them she will have to see him everyday. Therefore it's not good to mix business with pleasure.

no, your friend shouldnt tell her boss that she likes him because, there's a possible chance that her boss takes it differently than how she comes out with it. Because if she tells him then he rejects her he would look at her differently.

If she thinks it will jepodize her job then no. If they have a freindship outside of work then go ahead...could make things complicated though. I really don't know what to tell her. Just tell her to be careful and really to do what she thinks is best.

yes. get it out on the table so it can be dealt with, and then it can't come up later as an unresolved issue.

if he's married stay away...it might sound exciting to get involved with him but consider his wife and if he has children....the problem with married men cheating is they ALWAYS lie about how mean their wives are etc, etc. so that they won't look like horny idiots
