I agree somewhat. Be angry but sin not. Let not ur desires overtake you and be tempted to sin.

How do i feel. Well it seems to me that this is what someone would say to try to help someone understand their feelings. Maybe knowing this you might be able to ignore some bad feelings that you might have in a situation. I think it could help some people, however in a dramatic situation, I feel it would be hard to tell yourself " the feelings I am having are just a delusions."! I mean are you supposed to remain calm and collect. I am sure that is the point. I feel like I am very emotional type person ( not over-dramatic, there's a difference) and it would be nearly impossible to tell myself this in a dramatic situation and go meditate. I don't know, it would take training. I truly wonder what is the purpose of this question? Have a great day Gorgeous!!

Desire is inherant in humans. We all desire something at some time or another. It is not a sin to desire nor does it lead all people to evil and sin. For a man and wife to desire one another is a gift from GOD and HE blesses that desire. To desire something that you can't afford monetarily could lead to stealing by some people. That is a sin. That's the difference in desire. Anger is a natural emotion as well. Even GOD became angry...... Carrying it around forever is a sin as it causes anxiety and once you forgive yourself for the emotion, you are free from anxiety.......peace & love ~p~

Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one getting burned.
In a controversy the instant we feel anger we have already ceased striving for the truth, and have begun striving for ourselves.
But when one masters this wretched desire, which is so hard to overcome, then one's sorrows just drop off, like a drop of water off a lotus.
Never have anything to do with likes and dislikes. The absence of what one likes is painful, as is the presence of what one dislikes. Therefore don't take a liking to anything. To lose what one likes is hard, but there are no bonds for those who have no likes and dislikes. From preference arises sorrow, from preference arises fear, but he who is freed from preference has no sorrow and certainly no fear.
From craving arises sorrow, from craving arises fear, but he who is freed from craving has no sorrow and certainly no fear.

That isn't true. Anger can be a bad thing, when we allow it to take control of us. But even God gets angry. Desire isn't wrong either, I desire wisdom, to know God more, to follow Him, that isn't wrong. It's how we use desire, what we desire, that leads us to sin. Desire can drive us to do good things, or bad, depending on how we use it.
