You need to go to an electronics store and find your self a LCD cleaning kit. A good one is made by Monster the company that make the after market cables. A good kit should come with a lint free cloth and a solution specifically made for LCD,plasmas,and all types of monitors.

than softly clean ur lcd tv sceen.

They call it microfiber cloth, but a very clean piece of soft cotton jersey shirt (t-shirt), with very mild liquid soap and water, diluted, is all that you really need. Be very gentle, of course, and these two things are also recommended: That the screen be cold (off), and, that you do not let the liquid drip down into any of the electrical parts. Rinse with clear water, with another clean cloth, and when very clear of soap, dry gently with a third piece of jersey.

Infact i's capble to receive signals when you use the remote.
How ever dust cleaning is needed atleast twice a week .but use a soft and a clean cloth .
