I'm a student going for veterinary science and I need at least a days work experience in an abattoir/ slaughterhouse. I can't seem to find one locally so I was wondering if any welsh people could lend a hand? Thanx!

There is a really good butcher in Narberth. Can't remember the name of it sorry! I go there on holiday about three times a year. It's the one nearest the bottom of the village near the pet shop. They sell locally produced organic meat in there so there must be a slaughterhouse locally, go in and ask them where it is. Or look them up in Yellow Pages and give them a ring.
