It is really easy. You are not lifting all that weight just a portion of it and since your slightly shorter you will not have to carry as much (just drag more which is easier). Lean backwards and let your weight and the partial weight of the dummy push you backwards. Just make sure that you are moving your feet :-). You will do fine. It's like doing anything else BELIEVE you can do it and you will accomplish anything. Good luck on your test and career in law enforcement.
Look at the pic below to show you how to do it.

Squat down, pick the dummy up from behind by wrapping your arms in a hug grip around it's chest. Make sure your arms are under it's arms. You do not have to lift it completely off of the ground, it's feet can drag. Make sure to have a wide enough stance to maintain your balance, as you will have to walk backwards in a back pedaling motion.

well just keep workin out and you will get strong enough!! i'm sure you will do great!! i take my physical agility test on the 9th, and all we have to do with the dummy is turn him over and place hands behind his back, he weighs 160 lbs. i'm worried about it too because im just a couple of inches taller than you. but good luck and keep workin on it!!

F = M * A is the significant formulation right here, all of us be responsive to "m" and finding for "F" then we desire "A" (acceleration) assuming 12 m/s = 12 meters consistent with 2d u= preliminary vel. v= very final vel. v^2 = u^2 + 2*a*x 0 = 12^2 + 2*a*0,sixty 5 a= - one hundred ten,7 m/s^2 F=seventy 5*(-one hundred ten,7) = - 8307,7 kg*m/s^2 = - 8307,7 Newton
