He is god, he can do what he likes...

Plus we can't see him so there is no one to pull him up on it, so the perfect crime...

so saying he created Las Vegas, if that wasn't a sin, he was certainly being mischievous

The first thing that you should be considering is whether the idea of sin is actually real.

Think hard about it. The idea of sin assumes certain things about God that seem highly unlikely to me.

First it assumes a God who is too incompetent to organize a simple educational field excursion and get all of the students home safely.

How likely is this that God would not be smart enough to come up with a plan for our salvation that is going to work?

It also assumes that God must have created something imperfect, us.

One might assume that God could create someone perfect each and every time if he chose to. Assuming God is capable of this, then it follows logically that we must be perfect creations if we are actually creations of this perfect God.

Unless of course you are saying that God chose to create us imperfect. If God created us imperfect then anything that may go wrong is Gods fault, not ours. This seems a bit illogical at best so I think that we need to assume that What God creates would have to be perfect.

If this is the case then nothing that we can do could change Gods will unless we think that we are more powerful than God is. How likely is it that we the creation could be more powerful than the creator. I personally find this idea somewhat amusing, and a bit absurd.

Religion tells us that God is perfect. If this is true then Gods creations could hardly be considered to be imperfect.

If this is the case then Nothing that we can ever do could possibly change this perfection the God willed, unless we were so powerful that our choices could override and change the will of God.

How likely is that????

Think about it.

The idea of sin is simple nonsense, a lie made up about God by religion.

"Sin" would remain "sin". Deity cannot change that fact, for "sin" means "contrary to sense of morality and justice", rather than "contrary to god's will". The Biblical Jehovah committed many sins in ordering "his people" to go on those horrendous wars of annihilation, don't you think?

God alone has the power to do most thing which if we did would otherwise be sinful..

Example since all life belongs to him, he can take whichever life he wants but it would be a sin if we did it since we did not create that life...

If you do something because God did it and not because he said you should do it then you are a sinner.

nothing God does is a sin, it may seem like a sin to you, but in his word he says- my thoughts are not your thought, neither are my ways your ways- so what you may think may not always be right- because you don't have the mind of God

How could God do something that contradicts His own will? A sin is better defined as something that is "against God's will for us."

God couldn't sin his perfect and the devil sits behind sins so the devil first have to influence God to sin which he tried to do with Jesus and God but haven't and never will succeed.
