You can fall in love with just about anyone.. take Mrs. Bush for example. BUT you don't want your kids to be mentally ill do you? so first make sure she is at least 5 x removed.. and then well.. you might have to deal with what your family things of it.. good luck

If you are referring to incest (cousin) then it's frowned by society, but there is nothing wrong about loving someone related to you other than it being taboo. There are studies that show that inbreeding increases odds of genetically defective offspring but other than that as long as you don't care about what others think of you then it is ok (like gay relationships, interracial relationships, relationships between conflicting religions, all taboo).
There is nothing wrong with liking food though :)
Just don't pork the meal.

In spanish that "love" translates as a desire for a thing and not a person. It's called "encantar". Amor is love for a person. The spanish don't confuse those things.
