What is it called when someone looses weight to quickly and their skin doesn't have elasticity anymore so they are stuck with it? Is there a name for that?

I don't know of a specific term for it other than "excess skin."
As I understand it, you're never stuck with it -- the skin will eventually come back in most cases. Remember, skin is very elastic; think of how a woman's stomach skin comes back after pregnancy.

Well the older you get the less elastic your skin is. Loosing excess amount of weight (obese) then yes you will have some skin that will be excessively flabby. You see it all the time on these medical make over shows on Discovery Health Channel.

skin has resiliance it'll tighten up.
unless they have a debilitating disease.
