If you are over 30yr old, it starts really quickly...under 20, and it takes much longer.

For someone over 35, I think it is less than 3 weeks....for someone 25-30....probably a month

It takes 30 days for a muscle to atrophy after you stop training... You may start feeling like you're getting soft after 1-2 weeks, but you won't lose any muscle mass for a month.
