Check with the cruise line and/or their web site.
I haven't done the island cruise yet but on others, they provided boarding location and procedures with all the documents. Possibly info @ http://www.hawaii.gov/dot/harbors/oahu/passdata.htm

It well depend on what day or time of year you sail. Right now they are using a couple of different piers in Harbor.
Normally the ships come in to pier right at Aloha Tower Market Place. Which is Pier 6/7
But because Honolulu has become so popular with cruise market. Certain times of year there are 4 cruise ships at a time in harbor.
Also they are in process of making pier # 2 a cruise ship terminal.
Port for most part where the cruise ship tie up. Is nearly right in down town Honolulu. But you also could end up at one of the (overflow) piers, and have a long walk.
