What i really want to know is tht wht will i get if i put 18' rims with 275/35 tires... and is it better to stick with '16 inch and put a 255/45 tire ?
And will it affect my accelration if i put a spacer ?

I'd go with the 255/45, but with 18" wheels. The 275/35 may be too wide and rub when you turn the wheel. Adding spacers shouldn't affect acceleration, but will definitely affect tire wear if they are out far enough.

My opinion only...I'd stick with the 16's. The larger rims shouldn't effect acceleration, The diameter should be the same because of the lower profile of the larger tires, but when it comes time for a new set of tires, you will wish you were buying 16's...If you want to swap, I wouldn't go no bigger than 17's ... Lotsa Luck !

adding a spacer will not affect acceleration, it will affect handling. Going to a heavier tire/rim (rotating mass)combination will hurt accleration.
