can a ex felon get a passport?

Once a felon has done their time they are free to go. Now, a felon does have to abide by some new standards like the right to vote is taken away. The right to travel however is still you right. It is a government issued document but I can't see a prior conviction that has served time stop someone from traveling.

yah i would think so as long as you are not on probation and you are done with all your charges and don't have a fine to pay you might be able to get all your stuff transfered but if you are all done you can go any where you want to go
