My mom doesn't like keeping kids because she has zero patience. She loves when we visit but not to stay. Their other grandma on the other hand loves keeping her grandkids, she has them all the time adn she would even call me to ask to keep them.

We have three sets of gp. One lives out of state and always say they can't wait to see them (but I wonder if their patience is a little too short for the job). One lives nearby and makes sure to see the kids very often. They request over-night visits. The last would like to see them more, but is overwhelmed by having to be the "parents" to the 3 kids of my young, unmarried, not-at-all-independent niece.
How's that for a mixed vote?? :-)

My husband and I do !!!!! We love our grandchildren very much ,,We have 13 already and 14 &15 are on their way......
I don't know how any grandparent couldn't enjoy their grandchildren...The one nice thing is when they start acting up or crying you can hand them to mom or dad ......lol

My kids only have one grandma and she likes them for a little visit but not to take them just one time.....i feel sad about it`s my kids only grandma and she used to drop me off at my grandmas house all the time.
I loved my grandma so much sadly she died.
I believe grandparents are there to love and spoil their grandchildren(like my grandma did to me),the love they get back last endless.
When my kids grow up i wanna be just like my grandma was to me.

My husband's parents love to keep our kids. My parents, on the other hand, not so much.

WE HAVE CUSTODY OF OUR GRANDCHILDREN. WE LOVE TO KEEP THEM AND THEY ARE A GREAT JOY IN OUR LIVES.
