where are patterns found in PainterIX?

I want to add my own pattern to it because there is no "paste into" option where or how do I do this?

I tried ctrl=v but it pastes right over, I wnat t in my selection

my computer>C>Program files> Corel>Painter IX>Painter Brushes> Pattern Pens

try ctrl+v
