If heaven is some where waaaaay up in the sky. and hell in somewhere waaaay below us, would that mean the core of the earth? but what if there really is life on other planets in other gallexies? They must have a god as well? After all, God supposedly created everything. Where would their hell be? Is their hell in the core of the earth or the core of their planet? and heaven is high in the sky? or is it in a place seprarate from EVERYTHING,beyond where the sky ends (if it even ends) I'm confused....help?

Neither heaven or hell are part of the universe, it is important to understand that only way we can understand what lies await for us in death is to describe it association in the living world.

Forever_Lost,

You have some good questions! Jesus has gone to build us a place called Heaven (John 14 v 1 - 4). He will return and take all He deems as worthy to enter Heaven.

In your thinking - you are trying to place Heaven and Hell in an Earthly place. In the end of time here - Earth will be destroyed and will exist no more. Jesus is preparing this place and it is not an Earthly dwelling.

All this I have explained on my web site - Please check it out - there are lessons in the Bible and Lessons from the pulpit - listen to Barry Grider.

as others have said they are in a spirtual dimension seperate from us. but the forces or the spiritual dwell amaong us, but you also must remember in the end of the world a new earth and a new heaven will be craeted, heaven in this sense will be the sky of space and a new jerusalem and God will dwell among us as he originally planned and satan and his followes and all who did not believe will be cast into a place with out God.

Hell is nothing more than the common grave of mankind, in Revelation 20:14 it says; And death and Hades(Hell) were cast into the lake of fire. This means the second death, the lake of fire. This is after Hell is emptied of all those in it. The lake of fire, the second death represents everlasting destruction, so you can see Hell is going to be destroyed forever. The second death is a death from which there is no return, nonexistence. The Bible states that God dwells above the circle of the earth and in Revelation the Devil and his demons were cast down to the earth.

Heaven may or may not be in the sky but definately in another realm. As far as Hell goes I'm sure there is also another dimension of sorts. I also believe we need to live our lives to the fullest on earth, so that when we die we are born again, in a sense to a great everlasting peace and spirituality.

I humbly suggest you stop dwelling on what may be elsewhere in the galaxy.
An accurate knowledge of truth, right here on good old 'earth' takes priority.
Example:
We don't go to heaven.
Have a peak at Psalm 115:16 and Psalm 37:29.
Neither do we burn in hell.
Ecclesiastes 9:5,10 defines the condition of the dead.
Hell is simply the grave.

not at all, that is jsut a symbolic defenition. however the heavens itself is a term taken from way back in the day, to describe what we now call space. but like i said it was jsut a term. its like symbolizing that God is higher in authority and power then satan. regardless, if your interested, look into a sermon by a guy named mike missler (i might have spelled wrong), and read on the nephelim. its pretty interesting (im not christian or anything but i still find him interesting)

Heaven and Hell are both a state of mind.

You are thinking in terms of the physical placement of things. Heaven is not physical nor is hell. You must see things spiritually.
