I think that love at first sight might be a bit of a stretch but love at second glance is nice.....The first date is when you get to know someone so you have to take it all in before making a huge jump by saying strong words like "LOVE" but if you both have a lot in common and generally are into one another then sure anythings possible!!!

No..Love is such a very strong word which means you want to spend your whole life with that person or sacrifice for that person. When you meet someone, that is somehow impossible to believe. It may be only a crush or an infatuation on first sight :D

Yes I do, but sometimes it can backfire. i met a guy not far from my home. He was fine, tall, dark, nice body, and eventually I found out he had a 9 in #ick and knew how to use it. Everything was cool for 2 months then he started acting jealous didn't want me to leave the house to do anything, expected me to cook and clean for him at his place, I was so in love I didn't care, then the beatings started, and I also had to deal with his lying and cheating finally I got fed up and left but that experience taught me to look deeper, but I still believe in love at first sight

I don't believe in love at first sight because you don't know what your in love with.

You might be infatuated because of their looks but that's not love.

Love takes time to build because you have to get to know the person.

Love isn't like a light switch you turn it off and on, love is powerful and when your in love you know it.

I am not talking about people who stay in abusive , unhealthy, destructive relationships because they love the person, they stay because they lack self love and low esteem to feel they are worthy of doing better.

I can't comprehend how we can love someone who doesn't treat us in a loving way.

So again, love at first sight is probably more lust and infactuation.

i do not matter on love at first sight. I do matter on attraction and lust at first sight, yet not love. Love is equipped on a foundation of friendship, and that takes time to construct.

I don't think love at first sight exist. If anything i think it should be lust at first sight. It's the first glimpse that keeps you interested in him/her and make you wonder and want even more of them. I don't think with one glance can you honestly say your in love.

No such thing as "Love at first sight", I believe it should be called "Lust at first sight". In order to love someone you have to know them well enough that you can love them for their faults, weaknesses and strengths. You can't do that when you first meet them.
