I know this might sound cliche' and/or vague, but there really isn't an answer to your question. Having someone fall in love with you isn't something YOU need to do, it is something that the other person needs to realize about you. Sure, there are things you can do to make him interested in you, attracted to you, etc.; however, love isn't as simple as that.
If you want your relationship to make the next step, the two of you have to work at it and the both of you have to give the effort. Be open with each other, tell him your feelings and see how he reacts; if you love him and want to know if he loves you, then just ask. Sometimes it is just best to know what he's thinking instead of guessing, wondering, or coming to your own conclusions.
I know this is vague, but I think I got my point across.

As long as you look down on yourself and your self esteem is low, you will never be able to comprehend whether your guy is head over heels in love with you because you don't fully love yourself enough to think your worthy of true love and no matter what you feel there is somebody out there for everybody and that is the great gift of the human race that we have many many many potential mates to choose from.

Just be yourself and find someone who accepts you. Dont change yourself and in the end you will be much happier that you are still yourself and have not changed.
