The best way to tell if you have chlamydia is to have a test. Some people don't get any symptoms at all until it is too late.

the main one is going to be painfull or stinging urination.....and usually that's mostly with the men....you may begin to start discharging from your sex organs as well. the bad thing about chlamydia is that a majority of people don't show symtpoms....especially women..... if you do show symptoms...they're going to start appearing between 7-14 days after exposure to the bacteria......best thing to do if you think you've contracted it....get into the clinic and get tested...if you tell them when you go in that you think you may have been exposed to chlamydia.....immediately after they take their samples to send off to test, they will give you a dose of antibiotice there at the clinic to take. they have a powder antibiotic that they mix with water and make you drink...then you're done...1 time dose, they tell you not to have sex or drink alcohol for 3 days to give the antibiotice a chance to kill of the bacteria and you're right as rain....and if you don't end up having it...oh well, the antibiotics arn't going to kill you. if you do test positive......if you followed their directions, by the time the test results come back you're already be cured.

there are often no symptoms for men. Men are generally silent carriers. Go to your gum clinic and get a test done.
