This is for a work of fiction! A person is falling straight down, landing on her feet on a patch of muddy ground. I want to make sure that I'm accurate with my descriptions.

Besides dying? Sprained or broken ankles. Compound fractures of tibia and or fibula...thats when the bone pokes out of the skin. Dislocated knees. If you land on the butt, you could shatter your spinal chord,(vertebrea). Fall on your head you could snap your neck...and live. Oh what fun!

Muddy grounf could make you slip, this could lead to an ankle injury leg or arm and even may the ribs.. Deping on how the fall in the mud and what is under theere they could hit here head and have some sort of head trauma.
