find a new girl friend

2006-08-31 04:49:08 · answer #1 · answered by Steven K 3 · 0 0

I was in a long distance relationship and had been with my boyfriend for 2 and a half years when I cheated on him. We split up for about a week but he decided he didn't want to be without me. I was really sorry (I still am) and knew I would never do it to him again. We ended up getting married. We have now been together for nearly 8 years and married for nearly 2. And I would like to say, although i may be in the minority, I am not "once a cheater, always a cheater". Having said this, I do not condone her act of cheating but if you love her and care about her, then let her have her say. Hope it works out for you.

My girl friend did cheat and it broke my heart. I broke up with her but the next day we got back together. See I love my girlfriend so we was able to get pass the fact that she cheated. The only thing I can suggest to you is that if you love her work it out. But if you aren't going to be able to get over the past then don't waste our time or her's. Real love is hard to find and even harder to come by. Alot of times people cheat for different reasons. It hurt to know that my girlfriend cheated but what hurt even more was the thought of not having her in my life. I wish you the best in your relationships.

I would leave her. I was in a relationship for two years with a guy who swore up and down that he would never cheat on me again, and low and behold guess what he did...cheated! Once a cheater always a cheater is exactly right. It will be hard for you to trust her now too, know that she has cheated. A relationship without trust is like a car without oil. It doesn't work!

Personally I don't like cheating, it is the biggest trust breaker of them all. I wouldn't be able to stay with someone who cheated. But every individual is different some people can forgive and get past it.

You have to decide for yourself whether you can get past her cheating or not. If you can, then you pretty much have a lot of work to do on the relationship particularly in the trust and communication departments. If not, then leave her and save both yourself and her some misery.

Tell her you'll forgive her if she performs every sexual act under the sun for you for a week straight then dump her anyway because unfortunately you have to be the on that teaches her that cheating is unacceptable

it depends on how seious the relationship was....
Some people cheat on thier mates because of problems in the realtionship
others do it for fun.
Was there anything an argument that you may have said something that you did not mean b/c it may have hurt her//
Maybe she went to a friend for comfort but the friend had something else in mind when you are hurt emotionally you are really vunurable remember that.

Ask her why she cheated? Give her another chance if she still wants to be with you

I wouldn't be able to trust her any more. If she cheated once, she would probably cheat again.
