Not necessarily. There are scientific studies that do show the brain tends to lend itself to the experience of religious/spiritual sensations though, and that the existence of these show that religion was once, may still be, in some way evolutionarily advantageous.
However, no, if you had someone devoid of all knowledge of God, they'd have no way to really think about it and thus no way to frame their experience. The best such a person could come to would be a 'realization of grandness', that the universe is so big and so huge that it 'must' have something more to it than the person him/her self.

God works in ways we do not understand. But He says before He comes back during the end times, the Gospel would have been preached to every single person on earth. This does not mean by Bible alone, but God has His way of getting the message across, including by using people like you and me.

Everyone is exposed to God. God's General Revelation through nature makes everyone accountable for their decision to live for Christ or their rejection of Him. After that there is Special Revelation where a person learns about Jesus Christ and what He did for us.
Psalm 19:1-4 The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they display knowledge. They have no speech, they use no words; no sound is heard from them. Yet their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.

The Scripture says, "Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If any man openeth unto Me, I will enter in and sup with him and he with Me". It means that anyone who opens their hearts and minds to Christ at any point and time in their lives can begin to understand His Word. His Word is "written upon the tables of your heart (or your conscience)", meaning that it's possible that God can come to someone who is ignorant of the Word, but cannot REMAIN ignorant of the Word from that day forward. There has to be instruction, openmindedness, and acceptance. Without them, one is inclined to ignore God's call and leave Him "standing at the door of their heart", so to speak. I would say in response to your last question that through HUMAN instinct alone, you won't know what it takes to be saved, because if you look at Acts Chapter 2, you'll notice that the people ASKED, "Men and bretheren, WHAT MUST WE DO TO BE SAVED?" The Word was in their conscience, but they STILL didn't know what it took to be saved. This is why I said what I said about finding God. You CAN find God on your own, but you have to RESPOND and GROW in Him. Any other way would be like planting a seed in the ground in the spring and never watering it or exposing it to sunlight and etc. The ability or instinct to grow would be there, but there would be no nourishment, therefore the seed would die.

Hey selnyk
i believe nothing is impossible
even to seek the supreme being as long as
one has the never ending believe and a sincere wish to do so
He listens and the rest is auto mode
not necessary for one to learn any book of god to be saved.
what's good of a learned, pious or devoted believer of any holy book only to be blinded by their own greed, pride and arrogance by the overwhelming reception of their followers.
will they bow down to the so-acclaimed messengers to be of christians or muslims or the truth about their unproven preachings? It's a foolish denial
will their ignorance saved them?
The truth is out there!
i believe i can fly
i believe i can touch the sky....
did'nt matter it's night or day
spread my wings and fly away...

There have been actual cases where someone SINCERELY called out to God, to show him if he was real and cared, and had his prayer answered.
No, I do not believe that one could know FULLY what needed to be done of his own mind. If that were how it was done, then we would not need the Bible.

You have to have faith, belief, to know there is a God and to become saved.
God does not reject anyone but you have to believe before you can become saved. He is not a dictator, he won't force you or anyone else to believe!
Read John chapter 3 and Romans chapter 10 in the bible for more information.

we are all from one couple (Adam and Eve). god's love thought by them to their kids and by their kids to their kids and so on. Then everyone in the world has known about god. Bible and Jesus, Bible and other books and profits and miracles are just proves and reminders.
