11B. Infantry.
From there you will get all the trigger time you want, an opportunity for more.
However, obviously you are young and you need to think. Is the Army what you want to do for the rest of your life? While Infantry sounds great, and it seems cool, it doesn't leave you with a lot of job skills for after the Army. There are a ton of technology jobs in the military where you still get to do all the shooting and qualify on whatever weapons you want, but you would have a definate career post Army.
Everyone gets to shoot M-4s (M-16s) and you have to shoot them at least once every 3 months or so. You get to qualify on other weapons such as the M-60, the M-203, the 9mm, and so on, and that is regardless of MOS. (Military Occupation Specialty). So my advice is pick something you can make money with outside of the Army, but if you want to be a career Army person then go with Infantry.

Infantry rifleman or airborne / ranger.
Or you could just buy an AR-15 and a battle bag of .223 ball ammo and just go for it.
