Listen...if you still have anxiety...you need to go ahead and keep the xanax ...but if you want to get off of it..do not go cold turkey...as you could have seizures...Just start cutting back at the littlest amount daily,...until you get off of it complete.it might take you two or three months or more, depending on how strong a dose you are on...email me....I went off of it myself...it took me about three months...but I did it...it is a miracle drug..and you can get off of it..but you just have to be very careful....I don't know how much you are on. so i can't help you here.

well you should contact your doctor or maybe try a new doctor if your current doctor knows of your addiction and eating problems and isnt doing anything about it.

please do transcendental meditation it can create wonders within a week. Say no to drugs.
