No, it does not.
Most Christian denominations would probably view organ donation as a form of charity, and would think that it is some type of virtue.
Jehovah's Witnesses, on the other hand, seem to be against organ donation, blood transfusion, or most types of medical procedures for some reason.

I have heard it is bad to donate anything cause you must be buried the way God created you - hence why cremation is a no no.
So helping someone out with your organs - is frowned upon by God despite it being a selfless act. Apparently when God comes to take you away - the Almightyy doesn't have the power to restore your organs.

No. The technology back then wasn't far enough along for them have even dreamed of anything like that... But as the previous poster mentioned, the general philosophy was that the body and the life which animated it belonged to God and not the individual, so I doubt people would have approved of it.

Organ donation is only about 30 years old. So it is very doubtful.

Of course not! The Scripture does say, "Physician, heal thyself". I feel like God gave man knowledge about the body to help him take care of it as good as possible, so i wouldn't think God would be anything but happy when he saw we'd discovered that organs could be used in certain situations to help prolong life.

Nothing specifically, just like nothing about speeding in cars directly, but it is allowed by most denomenation.
JW's for example do do blood transfusions because that is where the life is.
I just don't think JW's have much of a life after their life
