Yes, it's quick and easy and at only 190 calories, it's better than that doughnut.

I tried it, but found it really frustrating. There is so much sugar in the junk that it gave me "needed" calories but little nutrition, so it left me feeling very hungry. I found it far easier to lose weight by eating healthy foods that gave me fewer calories along with all the other nutrients I needed. I found the taste rather bland. I would rather have real strawberries dipped in low-fat yogurt than that fakey strawberry slimfast, for example.

I've done it before. It is a good breakfast replacement. But for losing weight,if you follow the plan...one at breakfast, one at lunch and a sensible meal for dinner and not eating after 7 at night. You will lose weight. It's like starving yourself though. Its hard to stay faithful if you're starving. So I think it's better to have a bowl of cereal for breakfast, salad w/tuna for lunch , small portion of baked fish and veggies for dinner. Eat plenty of fruit between meals. If you must eat red meat, limit to once a week.Don't eat after 9pm. And get your heart rate up to120bpm for at least 20 min. 3 times a week.
You will lose weight this way, and you don't have to starve.Eating like this is something you can do all the time for the rest of your life.

I do have it for breakfast but I would advise that you also take a vitamin and maintain 2 normal meals a day as apposed to the recommended 2 slim fasts and 1 meal. Its best just to watch your diet and calorie in take to ensure that you are still getting the appropriate nutrients.

if you are dieting look at the sugar content along with the carbs!! I wouldn't suggest Slimfast!! Make your own smoothies with fresh fruit and non-fat yogurt!!
