You seem to be an Indian. For an Indian girl of 15 years, the average height is 5ft 3 inches. Usually upto 15 years Indian girls attain the maximum height.
Height is dependent on various factors relating to genes, location, religion, etc.

It is not the height, go to biomass index and see if your weight is in proportion to your height.
Height is strictly hereditary, you can slightly increase it by swimming and stretching exercises. Height is also a function of where you live, people are taller in USA and Australia on an average. The tallest people are found in some parts of Africa, China and Japan of all places.

height is not important dear ones height depends on heridity so try to maintain a good weight according to your height. that makes u to look good.
